Steve is a litigation associate who focuses his practice on defending claims brought under California’s Song-Beverly Act. His experience in this field includes arguing trial motions as well as conducting the examination and cross-examination of percipient and expert witnesses at trial. He also handles all aspects of pre-trial case development including writing and arguing motions, taking and defending witness and expert depositions and attending settlement conferences.
Prior to joining Ongaro PC, Steve represented a wide variety of clients from major corporations to small companies. He has worked on product and premises liability, construction defect, and employment cases, among others. Steve has written and argued numerous Motions in in both State and Federal Courts and has taken countless depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses and experts. Steve lives in San Francisco with his wife and son.
