Rochelle L. Smith is a litigation associate at Ongaro PC. Rochelle’s practice includes all phases of litigation, including investigation, depositions, and motion practice, and she appears regularly before state and federal courts in California.
Rochelle has experience representing the interests of corporate clients in state and federal courts. Rochelle has represented financial services companies and major banks in litigation involving various consumer protection statutes including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Additionally, Rochelle has experience defending medical malpractice claims.
Rochelle received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Howard University, where she was a member of the Walter C. Annenberg Honors Program as well as the Swimming and Diving team, and earned her juris doctorate degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, Rochelle served on the board of the Black Law Students Association and Street Law.
