Jonathan (Kofi) is an associate in the firm’s Employment Group. Kofi’s practice focuses on defending employers in wage and hour actions, and in claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Kofi also has additional civil litigation experience including in real estate, malpractice and actions for breach of contract.
Kofi obtained both his Juris Doctorate and cum laude with his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Southern California. He attained his JD with a concentration in Business Law. Kofi was a member of the USC, Gould school of law’s honors society and was a Senior Editor for the Southern California Law Review. He is an American Bar Association, Business Law Diversity Scholar, 2016. Kofi served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Timothy S. Driscoll of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Nassau County and worked as a research assistant for Professor George Lefcoe in Real Estate Law.
