Jake Stonich is an associate in the firm’s product liability and toxic tort defense group representing clients in both state and federal court. Jake’s litigation practice focuses on case assessment and development, depositions, discovery, exposure liability, and motion practice. Jake also has experience in defending employers in wage and hour actions as well as contract related matters.
Jake is licensed to practice law in the state of California and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While in law school, Jake graduated with Pro Bono High Honors by devoting over 200 hours of service in helping active duty marines, veterans, and their families at the Camp Pendleton Legal Assistance Office. At the University of Washington, Jake obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor focus in Geography.
